  If cancellation by the student is necessary, the office must be contacted at 580-336-7144 five full business days (5 days) prior to the first class session in order to receive credit towards another class session.

Class starts at 8am ends at 5pm both Saturday and Sunday. If you're late, you forfeit your class and will need to pay for a different class. No refunds.

  Classes will go on rain or shine! Unless there is ice, severe cold or, lighting. CLASSES WILL GO ON.

 

If in doubt, text the office to determine if a class has been cancelled.  Refunds will be given only in the event SMT cancels a course.  There are no refunds given for student cancellations. We may issue a refund if given 14 days notice(Under extreme circumstances, as judged my SMT, we may grant a refund - minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
